What is the delivery time frame and the shipping charges?

Delivery for standard non personalised books are FREE for orders over £10, under this amount there is a charge of £1.99 to cover postage and packing.

The Personalised Experience Books book range:




Standard Shipping (Royal Mail) £2.99 It usually takes 10 to 12 working days from placing your order as they are made to order.

Standard Shipping (US POST)


It usually takes 12 to 14 working days from placing your order as they are made to order..

Express Shipping Fedex)


Currently not available.

Please note that standard shipping is a non-traceable shipment method for UK orders.

What if my child uses different colours of hearing equipment?

Just create the cartoon look-alike, completet the order and specify the colour of the device used on the left ear via email to - quote your order number please.

When is the last date to order and Experience Book for Christmas?
For personalised Experience Books please make sure you order before 6th December 2012.
No shipments made between: 24 December to 6th January

We currently only ship orders to the UK, EIRE, USA and Australia.  Should you not have a shipping address please email us and we will let you know the extra shipping cost.

What happens if the billing and the shipping address are different?
In this case, the books will be shipped with an invoice that lists the books in the order but doesn’t show how much they cost (this is so you can send a package as a present). The billing address also gets an invoice but this time the cost of the books is shown along with the postage.

Experience Books’s returns:
We love what we do so if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your book you can return it if arrives damaged or faulty and you will receive a full refund. We want to make it easy for you to return your order.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as possible. We will refund the price of the products in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If the item is damaged or defective, we will also refund the costs incurred by you in returning the item to us. 

We will refund any money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
