What if my child uses different colours of hearing equipment?
Just create the cartoon look-alike, complete the order and specify the colour of the device used on the left ear via email to info@experiencebooks.co.uk - quote your order number please.

When is the last date to order and Experience Book for Christmas?
For personalised Experience Books please make sure you order before 4th December 2013.

We currently only ship orders to the UK, USA and Australia.  Should you not have a shipping address please email us and we will let you know the extra shipping cost.

What happens if the billing and the shipping address are different?
In this case, the books will be shipped with an invoice that lists the books in the order but doesn’t show how much they cost (this is so you can send a package as a present). The billing address also gets an invoice but this time the cost of the books is shown along with the postage.

Experience Books’s returns:
We love what we do so if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your book you can return it if arrives damaged or faulty and you will receive a full refund. We want to make it easy for you to return your order.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as possible. We will refund the price of the products in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If the item is damaged or defective, we will also refund the costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.
We will refund any money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Is your website secure?
Pages that require secure processing use SSL, have an https.  This means that information sent between your browser and our website is encrypted preventing any intercepted data from being useable.
Payments are handled securely through a service run by either PayPal or google.We don't see any payment information but we do need this information to ship your order.

I have written my own book, how do I get Experience Books to publish it?
We are happy to review all submissions sent by email to Author@ExperienceBooks.co.uk, which meet the following criteria:
Authors
Fiction: please email a synopsis and first chapter of your novel as a word processed document (saved as a word, pdf  or open office file).
Picture Books: please email stories in full in the form of a word processed document (saved as a word, rich text or open office file).
Texts do not need to be accompanied by illustrations.
Illustrators
Please email a selection of JPEGS together with a copy of your CV.
We will respond to all submissions made by email.
